November Newsletter

Hello Birtley Residents…

Remember remember The Birtley Hub is here for you in November. Stay safe this bonfire night and check out what’s happening this month…

Keep warm this November!

Birtley HUB continues to be a Warm Space for anyone who needs it. We’re a place where you can have a little company, stay warm and even enjoy a cuppa and biscuit. Whatever the reason, come down, and you’ll be given a warm welcome from all the staff and volunteers.

Energy Support & Advice with Citizens Advice

The energy support Citizens Advice provided last month has already helped lots of people in our community, so we’ve got another session organized this month. Come along with any energy related questions. Tuesday 1st November 10.30am – 2.30pm

Morrisons food drive proves fruitful!

Last month we hosted a food drive at Morrisons Birtley. We were overwhelmed with the generosity and kindness of the Birtley community. Along with lots of food donations we managed to raise £187 which means we’ll be able to provide emergency food to those that need it. A BIG thank you to Morrisons Birtley Community, Kevin Finnigan, our amazing team, volunteers, and community for all your support!
